Bison has helped us tremendously with access to capital that we needed to grow. They lowered our cycle time to get capital into the company. We’re up 500-600% growth year over year. If we’d gone through a bank we’d have to go through the whole process to rewrite the line of credit and that would have been painful. The flexibility we get with Bison allows us to scale much faster than if we had to keep going back to the bank.

We’re in the construction business. People pay whenever they feel like it. The team is phenomenal. I had to lay off my CFO and the business was facing some real uncertainty. Trying to be a 1-man show for a bit, it was tough. I like that Bison is always on time with everything. They’re on point, on time, and the platform is great. When I started the company in 2022 we were on hold with a lot because of payments. I was looking at another factoring company but they didn’t come anywhere close to what Bison was offering. Bison came in and opened new doors for us. I’ve grown my business about 60% since working with Bison. They help out my business a lot.

We’re currently having our second best year ever. We’ve been very fortunate to have Bison’s help in making it all so easy. Traditional financing gives you the line of credit but they don’t work with you on your payments. If we had someone not paying us, we know we could ask Bison to help us with collections. It’s much more of a partnership than we could ever get from a traditional financial institution.

I really appreciate the ease of submitting funding requests and watching ARs. I don’t have anyone that consistently watches ARs and Bison typically helps us with that. As businesses mature they tend to move away from factoring, but Bison has been such a big part of how we do our business that they’ve enabled us to allocate the majority of our money into procurement and growth.
